trying to blog better !

Sorry haven't been on  thinking and reading alot to learn how to blog . Be back soon to write about my weight loss success witch i am not losing but maintaining the same weight .Got my ZUMBA tapes and shakers and diet plan. On the days that i don't go to class i will be doing it at my house 5 days a week even if it kills me lol. I am very hooked on it and can't wait to see results Been doing it for 2 days now. well get back to u later.

Hello Its' A Good Day !

Hi Sorry Haven't been on but been busy doing some stuff. On a Good Note I stayed the same on weight yeppeeeee !!!
So I did zumba classes 3 days this week and now I think I am hooked on it,I figured I would soon loss weight and be broke ha ha !  I've been trying I should say eating salads with chicken different kinds at least one a day for lunch or dinner. I went to a party yesturday and was not really happy with the menu so I compromised with it I just have some taco dip w/chips and roast beef w/gravy but no roll and i have a tbsp of  potato salad for dinner.It sucks when u go to a party and it's a kids one in fact that they have spag w/cheese and meatballs and pastas salad witch ran out so fast. That u really didn't have a choice. and bringing this up I had no cake I said to myself I really Don't need it and it and it worked.  Well back to another party today and see what they have, Making this a challenge for me will give me more will power to loss or might say keep off.

Today is the Day !

I've have taken a spin on the scale YAHHHHAHOOOOO ! It   moved I lost 2.50 it's is amazing when you don't try so hard and you don't think to yourself that u can't do it, IT IS POSSIBLE !!  I had a craving on eating salads and everyday I had a different one all the time and they didn't get boring to eat. So I have Grilled Chicken salad with roasted cashews Very Good.,Taco salad, another grilled chicken and then had a small salad with my dinner. And did Zumba for 2 days . ! Well I know what I am having all this week !

Wet N Rainy !

Wet Wet Wet ! Very Sad can't go biking but got a chance to go to zumba.It was fun worked the arms alot and i guess that's why they hurt. Love It !

Trying to get fruits and veggies in and more exercise in my 7 days a week . How did life at 40 get so hard. busy busy busy. well since again it's a rainy day have to jump on the treadmill and do 40 mins or so.
Yesturday I was painting witch is exercise and had to run and get something to eat and then go to Zumba ,so i stopped at taco bell ,OOHHH so bad and I figured it would be ok to get a taco salad.It was wrong it was so good and I think I ate breakfast ,lunch, and dinner just with that salad and plus I used about 2 tbsp of dressing but thought to myself you don't need it because all the stuff that's in it makes up for it.it was good for a treat sometimes but to many calories I think. I will have to make a healthier one at home and see what I can come up with.

So yesturday I was starting to count calories and it looked good for part of the afternoon and then it started looking bad .But it gave me insight of what I was eating just like w watchers does so I am going to write done everything i eat and see if I loose weight that way again . Keeping my Fingers crossed!

Yesturday I had a Jimmie De lights Whole Grain Bagel w/ turkey sausage and egg whites it was so good and only 260 Cal.
Lunch I had a bowl of chicken n dumplings only a few carrots 1 dumpling and some chicken don't know how many that would be. I had a Speical K protein Shake for snack.
Dinner taco salad at taco bell .

I guess they changed the layout because I can't post pictures !!!

disappointing !

Wow ! I don't even like the looks of me. I thought I was doing good but I guess not. I sit there and try doing it for the week but then whammm weekend comes and all the food comes out hmmm !

I guess I am not committed to losing weight my brain seems empty for some reason ,does anyone have a clue !!
I have books and I have food and then no strength . Read and Read  magazines and nothing is working used honey n cinnamon and nothing is working.Am I looking for a quick fix and wanting it fast or am i just eating the wrong foods ?

Well just don't know what to do !  I even try exercising 3 days a week like everyone else but that's not working either. Can anyone help ?????

Learning to blog !

Good Morning Everyone ! I was just reading some blogs and I ended up reading the one I love the most and she had alot to say about blogging and with reading it I got alot of advice. Blogging does not make u lose weight !

That will be my story for today and be back later to try and blog better to support people in their weight loss journey .

Hey here i am ready to blog and its 7:45 and i am blogging early. well i dind't use the camera so here i go : today
i thought I would have 2 eggs today and 1/4 cup  of mixed nuts and then for lunch I have a cup of cottage cheese w/pineapple and a pbj sandwich it was so yummy that it taste like mom use to make.
for dinner here is a good one, on the weekends its really hard because I don't cook and so when I go out I need to order the right foods,Ohh and tell u what it is really hard looking at all those pictures of the food because it look so good. I had 3 or 4 boneless hot wings and a oriental chicken salad and you can get it two ways fired or grilled and I got it grilled it was really good and I ended up drinking 1 1/2 glasses of water to fill me up so I cant eat it all and it worked but had dessert and split it with the hubby.about 4 tables spoonfuls just wanted a taste. come to think about it it's not really worth it but it was a little treat. During the day went for a 6 mile bike ride and i am hoping that mad up for it, only got a chance to do zumba 1 day this week and get on the bike 2 days.
Well that's my journey and learning more on how to blog and can't wait to read more on prior fat girl ,she is really cool.

Skipping days here !

Well just took a little break and been a little busy this weekend. I made a video on thursday for Jeff Gordon Biggest Fan Contest and  I guess it came out good and funny you can say ! Had fun doing that ! Saturday went to the Rascal Flatts concert and had a Blast !! Sunday watched nascar and relaxed and got some bags of cloths together to give away. And Bringing on monday it was Zumba !!! WOW My End of the week til Monday was AWESOME !!
Well I really did good this week but only lost .5 witch at least i lost and not gained thank God .
Well Moving on into the week I had a good breakfast for monday 1 egg soft boiled n banana.
lunch was wawa  hummus and pita rounds witch was really good and will be going to get more around sometime. last but not least I didn't get a chance to eat dinner because i went to zumba and them pool and it got to late so I just grabbed a yogurt to hold me over until today ! Witch brings on a bowl of special K and fruit with a banana.

So going out to lunch I will see how I do then !
OHH Boy had a Hamburger and 6 fries and i got really sick and don't know why but I don't think i am a ground beef person any more and then after being sick all day I wanted tacos for dinner and the kids like them so it's easy to make and i had some and did get sick but not that much ,so i think i am going to try and not eat meat. I love chicken and can eat that all the time.

Postive attitude gets you everywhere in life !

Good Morning , Life is Good ! Just relaxing and hanging out today and didn't get a chance write yesturday so here i am. the weather feels good and it's time to get busy trying to loss weight. I went back on w watchers writing everything down and it shows stuff that i shouldn't be eating. So again adjusted my food intake and think i am going to get it right this time. Didn't exercise as much as i wanted to put got the feeling it has a big part of losing weight together . I noticed that i have to do it everyday to get results.

So for breakfast yesturday i had :Banana and ww english  muffin is was good all for 6 points.

for lunch I had Progresso veggie soup and 24 special k crackers.


for snack i had a ww ice cream candy bar ,I am sooooooo addicted to them but i have to watch. 3 points for these.


Well dinner I didn't take my camera . 6' subway chicken buffalo sandwich and a bag of whole grain sun dried tomato chips they were good but i think i went past my limit.I will just have to ride my bike longer today we will see.

Today is a good day going to the RASCAL FLATTS concert tonight can't wait. So I might not be able to right tonight so I will do it now.

I had yogurt and and 1/2 cup of blueberries for breakfast so far.

Good Day !

Hello . It was a good day again but still struggling on losing weight I know the deal but feels like it's empty in my head! Really don't know where to start? Ohh by the way the people that i always thought they would be fat for the rest of there lives are starting to look better then me ! I THINK HOW CAN THAT BE !! What am I waiting for ! where do I start ! when is it going to happen for me ! I am writing down and taking pictures and I am exercising when I can. What is wrong and what can I do to fix it. I've been trying everything it's not working. I guess I have to try harder or I am trying to hard !! Well gotta say it might just creep up on me and BAM  there it will be.
So on my journey I will still write down n take picture and exercise regularly and see how far I can go. I have  to think and say positive things to keep me going.
1.It's not a diet it's a better way of eating to maintain my health !!
2.I can do anything if I put my mind to it !!
3.finally I Will never give up !!

So Food log Breakfast : ww english muffin sandwich and low fat blueberries yogurt from dannon .


this is a chicken taco and some rice and beans left over from chili's and I added hot sauce on it too .yum !

For dinner witch I didn't get a picture of it a crock pot dinner my sister made and i used one of the kids plates so I wouldn't have that much and it helped because I only had one plate a small one and a roll of beef stew 4 small potatoes and carrots and about 3 tbsps of meat it was really good and the seasoning was onion soup mix.

So on a good note I went to church and it was just so amazing like God is. Off to dream land .

Another Good Day !

Hello Hmm .... how is everyone today ! Good I hope. Well got up and was hurting a little but just kept on going and just pushed myself do my exercise and I did .Yesturday  was hard in the afternoon I road my new bike for about 45 mins about 6 miles around the park and then at 7:00 I went to zumba class and did an hour of that and when I woke up Wow legs were hurting that's for sure but brushed it off and went and did another 6 miles around the park .  I am sooooooooooo addicted to Zumba that I would like to do it everyday. I Am having so much fun I don't even know i am exercising it's awesome and it goes so fast.
So here is my food log for today but I didn't do good I don't think ,thank god i did my exercise lol.
Banana and a Jimmie dean turkey n egg bowl , it was first time eating it and I thing I am going to get more.


carrots,cucumbers and 6 speical crackers and progresso light chicken noodle soup.

for a snack it was weight watcher ice cream candy bar witch was 3 points. yummo !

for dinner I had 1 chicken taco from chili's and  some rice and beans filled up on lemon water so i had to bring the rest home. I would of ate the hole thing.I am proud of myself and i can have some tomorrow too and I know i feel good knowing I have some self control.

Managed to do alot today !

Hello ! Started out slow today but got done things I wanted to do and you know what I just thought about that ,it was more fun doing the things i wanted to do then have to get them done and i enjoyed myself doing them. I went and road my new bike around the park for almost 6 miles yahooooo  I can still ride a bike !! well we will find out tomorrow and see if I hurt ha ha !! then on top of that I went food shopping to get healthy foods and it was fun ,(Imagine That).

Anyway I got the new Woman's World Magazine Yesturday and it has Sarah Rue new Body in it so I went an picked some of her diet plan she's been doing and it's almost like mine but she does it everyday .I want to look like her please ! please !

She looks really good and the magazine has alot of things from cleaning and beauty and to kids it's just a great magazine.

 well I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast I was making my blog

tarting to get hungry don't know what time so I made myself a small plate with hummus and carrots and some crackers on the side it was yummy !

Long Weekend !! But not bad weight gain !

Well long weekend eating everything I can find and still made out pretty good and had a Great weekend !
Had lots of party's to go too at is very tired right now. I gained .5 that not bad but plan on going to work that off tomorrow on my new GMC road speed bike. I am on some kind a kick on losing weight with exercise but not with food. Now my days when i have off  it's going to be working out with the bike,zumba and whatever else I can cook up.
Didn't write anything down or take pictures but i am going to get back on track doing it.
Food shopping tomorrow can't wait !  Good Night.

Zumba ! Zumba !

Well this Day was Great ! But before I talk about that I have to log what I ate because I didn't do it last night .So to tell you the truth it wasn't a very bright day that's for sure.it wasn't about for either just didn't have a good day but this day made up for it.
So let's begin with BREAKFAST : So I can't remember what i had hmm ! I remember now had to check my Calorie Counter Blog that works great !   A bowl of Speical k and blueberries with almond milk .

Well lunch was a on the border 1 mini taco leftover with rice and beans and chicken it was very good.

Well for dinner: I have 2 Slices of ham ,one small and 1 big slice and around about 2 tbsps of  homemade mac n cheese,and to get my veggies in 2 tbsps of canned corn.


Now to talk about my day today it was awesome !  After eating a good energy breakfast ,witch was 2 eggs and 3 slices of turkey bacon. I went shopping now you know every woman in the world loves to go shopping for anything. so i go and look everywhere for a speed bike not a mountain one a speed road bike so i can do laps around the park. No Luck everyone was a mountain bike uggg !!
So after hours of shopping I gave up, that's right. i was getting hungry ,so i stopped at wawa my other favorite place and grabbed me a  small hoagie and after that I decided to go walking , I am so glad I did it feels so good to walk almost 2 miles. It was a Beautiful day !
So for dinner around 5:30 I have flat bread pizza with veggies on it from uno's that right uno's,  I only had two slices and i was good to go. Thursday Night is my fun day I do ZUMBA and i get so excited . So tonight  after the class our teacher had a dance show at parx so we went up there to watch and it turned out that we decided to do more holy crap more and guess what it was so much fun that I hope I don't hurt tomorrow lol !

So to top it off it is time for bed Good Night !

Long Day !

So tired I don't even want to write but i will ,I will write something short and sweet and to the point.

Forgot My Camera there's a Surprise !! 
Well back on track ! keeping my weight loss clean ,even if it is bad and the truth will come out that's for sure.
for breakfast : First gotta down a tbsp of  EVOO on an empty  stomach .After that I had 4 egg whites with peppers and onions haven't had that in a while,with a thomas english muffin with 2 tbsps of smart balance butter. Dipped the egg in hot sauce yumm !

For lunch I had this before and it's now one of my favorites,chicken in a can with taco seasoning and salsa and I had 13 special k crackers to scoop it with.

For dinner another favorite is Chicken caesar  salad and I roasted the chicken that was good.
at the end I decided to have a cup of regular ice cream with strawberries and 1 tbsp of WC. But I walked a mile so I treated myself.. But I will keep my promise and walk 4 miles tomorrow to keep off the pounds and then zumba tomorrow morning. 
Well need my sleep if I am going to do all that ! lol I must be nuts but I have the will power to do it. Good Night.

LABOR DAY PARTY'S WOW !!

Well thank god I weighed myself this morning ! I LOST I LOST 1.5 lbs I worked hard for that one : )
Any way I hope everyone had a Good Weekend and more to come. I guess u can say, after weighing myself I didn't eat good at all but didn't eat really that bad. I will have to learn now to control myself when I go to party's the only thing wrong is !!! That there r not alot of choices to make there and I don't want to be rude and bring food for myself.
So I will have to scratch this day and maybe if I have time do some exercise for 30 mins to make up for it.

No Sun What !

Well Good Afternoon Peeps. well it's a blah day and don't have the spunk to get my butt up and do exercise but I am going to push myself to do a 3 mile walk. GETTING EXCITED NOW !! anyway just a little joke.

well i must be taking to many photos because my camera dies all the time. So i don't have a picture of lunch but I did have arby's regular roast beef with no cheese and 7 fries, not bad not bad. I am really trying to learn to control myself and tell myself i really don't need to eat alot but can have some and it's starting to click in.

Well for dinner went and ate SUBWAY one of my favorites too. I haven't had subway way in so long that i almost die eating it it taste so good. I had their new turkey jalapeno hot sandwich WOW my mouth was on fire !! but loved it.

Anyway for breakfast today I had 1 soft boiled egg and 1 slice of ww bread toasted no butter.


Well this afternoon was good, i got hungry so i had a PBJ
Ohh my that was good on whole wheat breat 2 slices.

After lunch headed to the park to walk 2 miles but ended up walking almost 4
i am getting ready 4 a 5k can i do it, yes I can !! YEPPEE !

For dinner I had canned chicken that was 5 oz and put salsa
with whole grain brown rice i put about 1/2 cup in and taco seasoning and scooped
with special k crackers 11 of them . Very good. topped
with a handful of mixed nuts around 8:30 .

I am tired !

Well got home late last night so i didn't post anything for my food diary so here i go. I thought I had breakfast but can't remember ,but i do remember eating salsa,hummus, and organic whole grain tortilla chips.
That was sooooooooo yummy !


I don't think i had breakfast because i was hungry later so i handful  of almonds for snack to hold me over and it did too.



Dinner was very good ,I made meatloaf and potatoes with green beans.ohhh yeahh I had a white glass of wine with that and it was very good. I try and use the big plates because it helps me to make smaller portions, if you look at the plate i use the middle of it to make smaller portions and helps me not over eat and it's working just enough for me to eat.


 Not really a BIG FAN BUT I THINK I NEED TO DRINK MORE H2O UGGGG !
 H20 I am surprised that people can do this ,I think they spend more time in the bathroom then work lol ! it's called drink and 10 mins later on the potty I don't think i have any kidney's and that why i go so much.

Well it's Thurday afternoon and it's time to write my food diary for breakfast and then go to mom's for lunch,and then i am going to attempted to go walking for 3 miles that would be cool .I think i have a new goal walk for my health and strength with a 5 k walk for my blood disease. That would be awesome.


So Breakfast : it's Go lean crisp good cereal and it's crunchy so it take long to chew so it make me feel fuller and topped it off with 6 strawberries.

Good Morning !

Well here I go starting my day out right ! Have things to do so can't be on here for long.

Breakfast was: 2 tbsps of EVOO and Special K w/blueberries. today is 40 sit ups and  walking day at the park.



Well this is my new passion ZUMBA ! WOW what an awesome workout and fun !! Doesn't feel like exercise !! and the book is very helpful. Maybe sometime i will become a zumba instructor.

ok Day 1 starting over again !

Here we go day 1 : starting out getting up at 10 i was up at 6 but had to get back to bed very tired. Took 2 tbsps Olive oil on a empty stomach at 6 like they say.  At 11:55 I had 1 soft boiled egg and 1 ww bread toasted with nothing on it, i put the egg on top.1 cup of mixed fruit strawberries and blueberries witch is always good. 1 apple.

Not a very strong willed person because it's taking forever !

Well I was thinking maybe i should do monday weigh ins it might make me think more about eating better foods more, I know that i did it before and it worked. 

Have nothing to show for,I don't think i am eating the right foods, will have to look over and change some stuff.

Today I had a stuffed pepper with some meat inside and rice . it was really good.  but no will power i had applebee's witch is my favorite restaurant and I know there r WW foods with points and there r calorie counters but wasn't in the mood for them.
Well bad day but ending in a good note, going to try again until i get it right !! good night !

Its' Beautiful !

Well it's a great day today and a little hot ! well i had to splurge yesturday because I went to A1 steak yummy !! 
I didn't eat alot but it's what i had .Maybe I am learning that i can have somethings but don't eat alot of it and if i am going to have it better make up for it with exercise and then put 2 and 2 together and you have weight loss.hmm awesome.

Last nights dinner was chicken and fried rice and noddles ,soup and salad WOW that's a lot of food for that price.but couldn't eat it all so brought it home with me.

After eating that i ate some ice cream and it was good but not worth going backwards .So i did 2 miles to make up for it. 


MY FAVORITE ICE CREAM ! I know that i can have it in frozon yogurt with Low fat yum !
I just had a cup of it.

So Today was a good day !Walked to miles and feel fantastic but didn't know i had it in me  maybe i should of been doing 2 miles back then too and i wouldn't be out of shape.  For Breakfast I had nothing because it was about 1ish that i realized i was hungry so, I had lunch instead. pb n j for lunch hummus and carrots.

It's A Beautiful Day Out !

Good Afternoon !
Well my day's keep on getting brighter with the sun coming out everyday ! Started out by doing my zumba dvd's at 11 just got done it's 12:15 and it feel's fantastic and it's Fantastic Friday !
 Well I took some advice from Woman's World Magazine and started off taking 2 tbps Olive oil on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and they I waited for an hour and then at breakfast. My breakfast was 2 ww toast and 1/2 tbps of butter regular butter got the wrong one out but that's ok still can measure it. made 3 egg whites and 1 egg omelet with onions and sprinkled some cheddar cheese on it.

 
Lunch : chicken and snow peas they r one of my favorites

It's Sunny Out !

Good Morning ! I am so glad it is sunny and beautiful today I can be motivated to do my exercise.
Zumba today and then zumba tonight at 6:30 so excited !
By the way I forgot to post my weight ,my starting weight is 147 and coming off.  I think Sunday will be my weigh in day.My weight lost goal it to be 132 and if I want i can lose more weight after that. Wish Me Good Luck!

breakfast was something small : Special K bar.

well at 1:00 went to my moms and had lunch with her, I had a bottle of water with a ham sandwich with a little mayno I didn't even think but i like mustard on it and forgot it, it would of saved me some calories but its ok I don't eat it all the time and i finish with some pretzels,after that i went walking for 35 mins and 1 3/4ths of a mile.it felt good haven't been able to go because it's to hot out and didn't have time.


well i was hunger by 4:15 so i had a protein bar for snack :

 Dinner was good little pizzas from WW that were 5 points for 4 that's great and i had a glass of green tea . 
well have to wait until 6:30 for my zumba class maybe i will do 30 sit ups while i wait !!

Well zumba was awesome and i can't wait to do it tomorrow but not the class just the dvd's.
it's time to chill out and go to bed.Good Night ! oops ! gotta do 30 sit ups before bed !

Motivation is the key !

well got up late I guess i needed the sleep ! it was about 11:30 haven't slept that late in years lol !

I had a bowl of  Special K and blueberries with almond milk it was yummy !
Lunch was a little on the late side but didn't eat much at dinner but getting alot of veggies and chicken in.


well dinner i ate 1/2 of ham and mixed veggies and some scalloped cheese potato and witch i spooned out 3 tablespoons and it was just enough and to throw in sobe water witch was very good, never had it, that's my new drink.

I have to wing it and just put up with out photos . Today was an ok day but needed the sun out to have an awesome day !

So here I go: breakfast: 2 WW toast with a tbps of Smart balance butter  with 4 egg whites and one egg.
Lunch I made a chicken quesadilla and on the side steamed brown rice.
Dinner I had a bowl of Spag and 2 small dinner rolls and one sweet sausage link. I might of had to much but still doing good.

learning how to eat !

It's really hard to get into a rhythm on eating better all day ! I have the positive attitude but never get it right and keep at it all day !

for dinner I checked out a recipe from sparkpeople and I found chili that looked good and made it and found whole grain tortilla very good.

Didn't eat breakfast because got out to late to get it, but got a chance to eat lunch ! ww whole wheat bread
with half can of tuna in water and put hummus as a spread instead of mayno very good got a kick to it, and added strawberries too it.

don't get it ,but won't quit !

trying to lose the weight but 2 times ate something not good for you and you gain in a week please that doesn't make sense !

anyway here what i ate !

for lunch home made salsa witch was very good and yogurt !



Well went to the beef and beer and ate 1 roast beef sandwich 2 tbsps of potato salad and 2 tbsps of macaroni salad
and a pretzel witch didn't do any good. : ( . but still will be going strong and next week on to exercise for a full week of zumba !!

Need to get in Gear !

it's 11:42 and I am tired and have a longggggggg day  ahead of me !! Tomorrow Beef n Beer for LLS so EXCITED !!
ok What I ate today is :

getting back to the basics !

Well yesturday I cheating but it was for a good Cause ! Light The Night At The Phillies Game.
so for breakfast was:

lunch wasn't hunger so popcorn and a movie !


then for dinner  hot dog and pretzel for phillies game, I had to cheat and how can u not eat a phillies Hot Dog !!


On Augest 19, Breakfast : english muffin ww n grapes and cherries 4 points yum !


For lunch :

Snack some times i do get hungry !

well forgot my camera for dinner again so I had IHOP ! harvest n nuts pancake but just one with strawberries and whip cream and scrapple  and a coffee. well i guess i will have to do double duty of exercise !  Good Nite !
