It's really hard to get into a rhythm on eating better all day ! I have the positive attitude but never get it right and keep at it all day !

Lunch was really good ! Salad,string cheese and a ww cheeseburger witch was 4 points yum !
for dinner I checked out a recipe from sparkpeople and I found chili that looked good and made it and found whole grain tortilla very good.
well have a good night need to do my sit ups tomorrow, going to bed .
