Well this is the day i really start thinking about what i want to do with my body and right now I don't like it but i had a really good day today with the start of eating good so here is what i had for breakfast started out with 1 cup of almond milk and a bowl of Kashi Go lean Crisps and blueberries.very yummy !!
For lunch I have New weight watchers cheeseburger that i didn't know i can have and tried to stay away from them and a 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese ,what an awesome lunch .Thanks WW.
Well finally I had glass of almond milk and ww Spicy Szechuan style Veggies & Chicken 4 points YUMMO!!
well that is my first day and i think i did pretty good and can't wait til tomorrow !
