So here is my food log for today but I didn't do good I don't think ,thank god i did my exercise lol.
Banana and a Jimmie dean turkey n egg bowl , it was first time eating it and I thing I am going to get more.
carrots,cucumbers and 6 speical crackers and progresso light chicken noodle soup.
for a snack it was weight watcher ice cream candy bar witch was 3 points. yummo !carrots,cucumbers and 6 speical crackers and progresso light chicken noodle soup.
for dinner I had 1 chicken taco from chili's and some rice and beans filled up on lemon water so i had to bring the rest home. I would of ate the hole thing.I am proud of myself and i can have some tomorrow too and I know i feel good knowing I have some self control.
